The Independent Scientific Committee on Drugs was founded to create and
publicise objective scientific evidence on drugs free from political
pressures. Over the coming weeks and months, we will be continuously
adding to the information to this section aimed at academics in the
field of drugs research. The ISCD proposal for a minimum data set as the evidence base when considering legislation on a drug can be found here or at http://www.drugscience.org.uk/minimumdataset.html.
