This form has been created to send patient feedback on product quality directly through to the producer and dispensing pharmacy.

Drug Science is not responsible for any cannabis products or their supply, but we will happily understand complaints as part of our study of cannabis in the UK, and direct them to those who are responsible for ensuring quality standards are met.

As cannabis is a plant, it is inherently difficult to standardise and must be stored correctly. To avoid products becoming contaminated or mouldy, make sure you store them in their original containers, out of direct sunlight and in a cool dry place. Glass jars are not pharmaceutical containers and as such, once removed from packaging ,no manufacturer will guarantee the integrity of the product.
